The photos of the site are originals of Josefina Ramela and are sold in printed copies on paper or canvas, in the size chosen by the client. The photographs are not sold digitally or framed. Once the purchase is confirmed, it has no change or refund.

Prices vary according to size and support. All the detailed prices are in US dollars and can be modified without prior notice. The cost of the photo does not include shipping or frame.

In case you want to order the framed photographic copy, this service will be quoted independently. In this case you must request a special quote by writing to: info@josefinaramela.com.uy detailing the size, surface, type of frame and final measurements of the framed photo.

All our products are carefully packed. However, the shipment is outsourced. In case of receiving a copy with damages occurred during the delivery, we request to inform us as soon as possible, with a visible photo of the damage occurred, in order to take action.

From the date of written confirmation, 3-5 business days are estimated for the dispatch of the printed copy. The delivery time and the cost varies depending on the destination. Montevideo: 1 to 3 business days. Rest of Uruguay: 2 to 5 business days. International: 5 to 7 business days.

Payment is accepted in cash or by bank transfer. International clients have the responsibility to comply with the payment of taxes that may correspond according to their local regulations.

The printed copy will be sent in the size selected by the client, inside a protective roll, with sufficient white edges to protect it and to make the framing without difficulties, to its own taste and to its cost.

Cancellations, changes or refunds are not accepted once the confirmation of the purchase has been received by email or other means of communication in writing.
